Pep Stores (PAXI)
Collect your parcel from your nearest Pep Store. PAXI (Pep Aramex Express Integration) offers an affordable and convenient way to receive your items. Parcels are typically delivered within 7-9 business days to your chosen Pep Store.
  • Cost-effective for smaller to medium-sized parcels.
  • Pricing: R60 for parcels up to 5kg.
  • Pricing: R90 for parcels up to 10kg.
  • Wide network of Pep Stores across South Africa for easy collection.
  • You will receive an SMS with a collection PIN once your parcel arrives.
  • Ideal if you prefer collecting at your convenience rather than waiting for a home delivery.

Important Note for PAXI:

To use this option, please select the appropriate PAXI weight tier in your cart and specify your preferred Pep Store branch during our WhatsApp communication after you've made your payment and sent proof.

Aramex (Store-to-Door Courier)
Have your order delivered directly to your specified address by Aramex. This is a reliable courier service suitable for most parcel sizes.
  • Direct delivery to your home or office.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
  • Suitable for various parcel sizes and time-sensitive deliveries.
  • Delivery times vary based on location, typically 7-9 business days.
  • Fee: R100 (standard rate, may vary for very large/remote orders - will be confirmed in quote if applicable).

Important Note for Aramex:

Ensure your delivery address is accurate. We will confirm if any additional shipping costs apply based on your location and parcel size/weight when we provide your quote for custom requests, or it will be calculated for online catalog orders.

Express Delivery (Store-to-Door)
Need your items urgently? Our express delivery service gets your order to you in the shortest possible time.
  • Fastest delivery option, direct to your home or office.
  • Typically delivered within 2-4 business days.
  • Ideal for urgent purchases or time-sensitive needs.
  • Fee: R200 (may vary for very large/remote orders - will be confirmed in quote if applicable).
  • Full tracking provided.

Select this option in your cart for the quickest delivery. We will confirm the final cost if your order is exceptionally large or for a remote area.
